Award winning interior designer Susan Llewellyn is delighted to announce that she will be holding two Colour Workshops in association with Mylands Paints this Spring. Susan and her team of experts at The Susan Llewellyn Academy (TSLA) of Interior Design will be hosting the two day course at TSLA headquarters in the heart of Chelsea. Based just off the King’s Road, the course has been designed for anyone wanting to learn how to look at colour with a professional eye.

Mylands hold the impeccable pedigree of being the oldest genuine paint manufacturer in Great Britain. It is still owned and managed by the same family who founded the company in 1884. Famed for supplying the film, television and theatre industries, and as the trade’s best kept secret, they were a natural choice for TSLA Colour Workshop to explore colour in-depth.

Attendees at the workshop will have the exclusive opportunity to:

o Learn about the history of Mylands paints
o Listen to talks on the history and psychology of colour
o Discover Where, When and Why to use colour
o Get hands on with the Colour Wheel using the Johannes Itten Method
o Look forward at colour trend predictions
o Gain an insight into how to mix colour
o Learn how to create your own mood board and colour scheme

This is perfect for home owners planning to re-decorate, designers looking to expand their existing knowledge or property developers wanting to learn the huge impact of colour. The TSLA Colour Workshop will provide the ideal insight into using a full colour palette with confidence.
