Available exclusively from Premdor the vertical five panel moulded door is available in a wide range of both sizes and core constructions including 30 minute and 60 minute firedoor options. Successful in the volume end of the market, Premdor are equally successful in the premium value sectors, where high value properties demand top specification doors such as the striking Innova real wood inlaid veneer range with solid core construction for enhanced strength and sound proofing properties.
The Innova range is complemented by the ever popular Veneer Plus 35mm solid core range and the factory lacquered standard veneer collection. The Bi-fold exterior folding door range is available in four popular widths and has the ability to instantly transform the home or enhance a new home extension, manufactured with ultimate security in mind the door ranges utilise the latest 5 point locking system and incorporate 24mm low ‘E’ double glazing with warm edge technology for increased thermal efficiency.
Positioned at the premium sector of the market the Premdor folding external door ranges are made to the highest specification using only premium grade timbers and are designed to make an impressive statement of style.
Additionally, all the timber used in the construction of the Premdor window ranges is sourced from forests certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). A wide variety of window styles exist, based upon vertical sliding sash, casement windows and bay windows. All Premdor windows come with a ‘C’ rating for standard energy efficiency, however ‘A’ rated is available upon request.
All glazed windows are supplied with multi-point locks for total security. As a direct result of carefully constructed research into the RMI market and talking to builders in the new build sector, Premdor developed Speedset Plus, an adjustable doorset which is unique to the building and construction sector.
Speedset Plus protects quality, saves time and therefore reduces costs by allowing the doorset to be simply adjusted by +/- 10mm to compensate for variances within a wall thickness. The simplicity of the system means a Speedset Plus doorset can be installed in less than twenty minutes,
with no specialist joinery skills.
With doors pre-hung, the doorset can be supplied with pre-mitred architrave and skirting if required. These are available in re-coatable white foil, oak or ash to match Premdor’s range of standard foil doors. The system is so versatile, it can be fitted much later in the building programme, thereby avoiding possible damage risk.
