Bellway is set to unveil the showhome at a Nuneaton development which is generating more than £1m of investment in the local community.
Royal Park is a development of 120 homes in Nuneaton’s most popular residential area. Bellway is selling four and five-bedroom homes. The development will also fund 30 affordable rented and shared ownership properties.
Bellway will invest £800,000 in education and £36,000 to improve roads around the development.
A multi-use games area and a green outdoor gym will be built and £192,000 will be spent on their upkeep. A wildlife area on the site will also be preserved.
Sales and Marketing Director for Bellway, Stephen Rose, said: “We’re delighted to be opening the showhome at Royal Park. There’s always a build-up of excitement when a showhome nears completion and to have Darren Garforth as our guest will make the launch day all the more special.
“We have already had a lot of interest in the development, mainly from families, some trading up and others downsizing. It’s a fantastic location. We’re looking forward to seeing the development and the community within it taking shape.”
Bellway secured planning consent for Royal Park in December last year and work began in February. The first buyers could be moving in by the end of the summer.
