Fiona sparks CPBigwood expansion in London

CPBigwood have expanded their London office less than a year after opening

CPBigwood has taken on Senior Property Manager, Fiona duCasse as business builds. She will work alongside partner Bill Drake-Lee who will continue to lead the London & South operation.

In addition, CPBigwood has taken additional space at its existing base in Naoroji Street to allow for future growth. The office specialises in property management and the portfolio has been quickly expanding.

Brett Williams, Partner in charge of the Residential Service Charge Department, said: “Less than 12 months after launching, the London office now acts for over a dozen clients. We have been developing a steady pipeline of instructions which are coming in all the time.

“These are mostly freeholder instructions, but have often involved consultation with residents associations in advance of appointment. We also have some residents’ management company enquiries pending.

“CPBigwood has also been appointed by three national developers after competitive tendering with confirmed instructions received. Inquiries are pending on others.”

Mr Williams said the firm required a senior manager to handle existing properties and the future pipeline as it came on stream. He went on: “Fiona has excellent experience and knowledge which I am sure will prove very useful. Her arrival strengthens the office and its development.”

Ms duCasse has a decade of experience within the residential block management sector, having previously worked for a leading national property management provider, specialising in working on larger residential developments for developer clients. She has also managed her own portfolio of resident management company run developments.

Her property management experience includes providing management proposals and advising on management set-up structures for both small residential developments, through to large complex multi-occupation estates with some of the UK’s largest national house builders and developers.

She is also able to provide proposals and advice to housing associations and resident management companies on all matters pertaining to their property management requirements, through to overseeing day to day planned management of residential developments.

“I thrive on a challenge and this is a new one,” she said. “I enjoy the variety that working within an established property management company brings, especially working closely together with colleagues and clients alike, towards the same goals in order to achieve their objectives.”

CPBigwood offers the complete property service including commercial and residential agency, residential and commercial property management, valuations, auctions, agricultural, professional consultancy, building surveys and development and planning.

The firm has seven offices in total, two in Birmingham and others in Stratford-upon-Avon and Henley-in-Arden in Warwickshire, Loughborough in Leicestershire, London and Eastleigh in Hampshire.
