Strata, the design-led private home builder with sites across Yorkshire and the East Midlands, has secured 5-star status from the Housing Builders Federation (HBF) for a consecutive year following the release of results from a final eight-week survey that concludes the year*.
The survey, a census that is distributed to purchasers of new build homes and is facilitated by the HBF and the National House Building Council, provides companies with a score that they can use to determine the sentiment of customers’ post-completion. Very simply, purchasers are asked if they would recommend their home builder.
In addition, Net Promoter Score (NPS), which takes the responses from customers and evaluates customer advocacy to the brand, is also measured.
